1. Program description

Aventus Nail Spa operates an SMS text messaging program for customers who opt in. Messages may include appointment reminders, booking confirmations and updates, waitlist notifications, and occasional promotions and special offers from Aventus Nail Spa, located in Lewis Center, Ohio.

 

2. How you opt in

You can join by any of the following, each of which constitutes your express consent to receive text messages from us:

- Checking the consent box on our sign up form online or on the tablet at our front desk

- Texting a join keyword to our toll free number

- Providing verbal consent at check in, confirmed by a reply YES text from your phone

Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.

 

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity. Typical customers receive 2 to 5 messages per month. Promotional messages are sent no more than a few times per month.

 

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Aventus Nail Spa does not charge for this program.

 

5. How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message at any time to cancel. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts. You may also opt out by asking our staff in person or emailing us.

7. Privacy
